Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Fees: All booking fees must be paid online at the time of registration. 2. Registration Deadline: Class registration closes one week prior to the scheduled class date. 3. Cancellation and Refunds: o 30 Days Prior: Full refund if cancellation is made 30 days before the class date. o 15 Days Prior: 50% refund if cancellation is made 15 days before the class date. o 10 Days Prior: 1/3 refund if cancellation is made 10 days before the class date. o 7 Days or Less: No refund will be provided if cancellation is made within 7 days of the class date. 4. In-Class Cancellations: If a participant must leave after the course begins, no refund will be provided. However, the company may arrange for completion at a later time if scheduling allows. 5. Company Rescheduling or Cancellation: If the company must change the class date or cancel, participants may choose to join the same course on an alternate date or receive a full refund.
